Plead and Pay

Once the case is available on Missouri Case.net, for tickets in which defendants wish to plead guilty prior to the court date and pay the fine and costs, please refer to the fine schedule for the appropriate municipality and follow these steps:

Paying online at www.courts.mo.gov

  1. Click on Case.net
  2. Enter the case number found on your ticket
  3. If your case number appears, select "Plead and Pay" and follow the steps.
  4. If "Plead and Pay" is not an option, this may indicate your offense requires a court appearance. Please call the Clark County Circuit Clerk’s office at 660-727-3292 for further assistance.

It could take up to 25 days for your ticket to be entered into our system. Thus, please allow 25 days from the date you received the ticket before contacting the Clerk's office. If you received two citations, you will not be able to search your case by case number. Search by using your name.

For appearance plea and waiver sign the back of your ticket.

  1. Pay your fine in full by mailing or appearing in person prior to your court date with cash, money order, or check at the Clark County Circuit Clerk's Office.
